My son was scheduled for an appointment yesterday, October 12th. We showed up and they were closed! They failed to inform us that they were going to be closed. I called to ask why I wasn’t informed and they claimed we were not in the system. We just went in April and they said the same thing then. I don’t see how my son still isn’t in the system. On top of that, we don’t even live in Amarillo so I had to take a day off of work and drive all that way for nothing. Very disappointed with the customer service here. The worst. We’ll be finding someone else. Thanks for nothing.

This is the worst run office on the face of the earth. We went for pit app at 1:15 pm and had to wait till 2:45 pm. I have a newborn at home and this is unacceptable. The staff is slow, inefficient to the point of mental retardation. I hope o never have to bring any of my kids here again, I would rather go to Lubbock or Dallas. Truly terrible.
