Cataract surgery
I would highly recommend Dr Carter for cataract surgery. I am extremely near sighted and am very happy with the results of my surgery. For the first time in 65+ years I am able to see without contacts or glasses. It is like a miracle. Thank you Dr Carter.

Dr. Carter is passionate about his work.
I am very happy with Dr. Carters recommendation using the Panoptix lens providing the best choice for close, midrange and distance vision. I am currently able to work on computer documents and read small print on my phone at a distance of ten inches without additional corrective lenses. My 20/20 vision will occasionally see a halo or two around extremely bright lights at night which does not obstruct the rest of my night vision. I require more light when performing close detailed work and additional magnification when viewing small items at a close distance of six to eight inches which are minor adjustments to my corrected vision. I have the highest respect for Dr. Carter as an ophthalmologist allowing me to continue my profession and providing the quality of personalized care restoring my vision without adverse side effects.

I am pleased with Dr. Carter's knowledge and professionalism. I also like that he has coordinated my eye problems and treatment with Dr. Waterhouse. Since I have two issues, it is essential that they be working as a team. Also, he has given me information that has helped to ensure that I am doing all that I can to improve the health and sight in both my eyes.
