dr. Wong was dismissive over me and my daughters concerns. Her pediatrician asked if a test was needed and she completely disregarded him. she did not want to take the time to do the test. she said it was unnecessary and she said that my kid should see a shrink. if it wasn't for her pediatrician who isn't specialized in pediatric gi she still would be in pain.

Dr. Wong is one of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. She is ignorant, cold and rude. She was dismissive of our concerns for our child, in every way possible. She preformed a biopsy as was recommended by our pediatrian due to the years of reflux my child experienced. Needless to say, never did she mention that gas could be a result of the procedure. My 3 year old child was in extreme pain within 24 hours after THE procedure. So much so we went to HUMC ED. She didn’t even bother to check in on our child after the procedure/ED visit. I would give negative stars if possible. Terrible bedside manner and an even worse human. STAY AWAY

Dr. Wong recommended (in writing on her treatment plan) an herbal supplement for my child. The supplement contains licorice extract which children with a cardiac arrhythmia cannot take. She was very well aware that my child has the arrhythmia, as a call to the cardiologist is also on her treatment plan. My child could have landed in the emergency room if she had taken these drops. Please, realize that despite her hospital affiliation, Dr. Wong is an herb doctor not a modern day physician.

During my daughter's intial visit was a very pleasant experience. Dr Wong is very knowledgable, she ask a lot of the right questions, attentive, respectful, good listener and very welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend her. After the exam, we were at ease knowing that my daughter is in good hands. The recommendstions were straightforwarded. Kudos to you, Dr Wong!

Dr. Wong is a very nice understanding woman she hears what patients as well as parents have to she can make even the most nervous child feel comfortable while in her care she even is able to help parents understand what their child needs and what they need to know will help their child feel better. she welcomes everyone with a warm and welcoming smile.
