Dr. Traci Westerfield, MD

Dr. Westerfield was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything fully. She had read my chart prior to seeing me, 7+ years worth, and paid attention to my answers to her questions. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Westertfield is excellent at pain management and is at the clinic for her patients and many here owe her much, she is not here as some reviewers have maligned her, because they must have assumed they are only here to debate and get apprised of what changes professionals are bereft of and that she must listen to that sagacious lecture or meet with disapproval as it is they that know best ...What has she been doing all these years that gives her the right to be so high and mighty, some people are their own worse enemies.

Dr. Westerfield is very rude and arrogant. She tells you that you are a dope addict even though you do not abuse or misue your medication. Does not listen and could not care less about you as a patient. Westerfield makes false allegations about you. I would not recommend her to anyone and God help her as she is out of touch with reality. By the way had to give one star in order to post review.

Horrible doctor. She believes every patient is an addict, doesn't listen to referring specialists, and believe prayer can fix it all. She is not a real pain management physician, so her views are skewered by her beliefs that everybody needs prayer to not be an addict. After speaking with my other doctors, I have fired her on their recommendations that she can not relate to her patients and her ratings in medicare system. Questionable ethics, with a know it all attitude.

Dr. Westerfield doesn't listen to you, she stops you in mid-sentence and tells you that she is to busy to get a life history and goes on to to tell you how busy she is for 15 minutes. I told her that I'm allergic to a medicine and she tells me it's all in my head. She loves to hand out copies with her highlights than answer a question. She gave me her card and told if I had problems to call and SHE would call me back, I got someone who could care Less!

She is not a Dr designed to treat and manage pain. Her main goal is to decrease the amount of medication that you have already been prescribed by other Dr's in this practice. I'm not sure why she is in a pain management clinic.
