Dr. Traci Bailey, MD

Dr.Bailey is super sweet explained everything that was needed however her staff is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE especially her nurse Melissa she try's and overrule what Dr.Bailey says. Dr. Bailey said 2 weeks were needed off after surgery, well Melissa decided 3 weeks were needed so she told the young lady at the front office to give us an excuse for 3 weeks off. Melissa never explained anything about surgery where to go or what time to be where, she called and said an EKG was needed but she didn't know where to send us she just said go to the hospital and ask. Blood work was needed but never told us until the day before. Luckily we were able to get everything done in a timely manner. We did receive an email about surgery with all the needed information THE DAY AFTER SURGERY!!!! I have called the office and several times and I have been waiting for a call back for 3 weeks now.

Bad experience! I saw her a few times in 2022. For the initial exam, she barely talked to me, was not friendly at all. After the exam, she flatly told me my hearing shouldn't be affected because everything seemed fine; but referred me an allergist & an audiologist. About the headache causing pressure in my ear and head, she recommended that I eat ONLY soft foods, chew less & that should help (...like for how long? Am I a toddler?). The audiologist and allergist were excellent & helpful, and are still my doctors to date. One of the doctors identified that I had an eustachian tube dysfunction. A few weeks later, I requested a same day appointment when the ear pain & pressure were unbearable; I could feel swelling behind my ear. The irritation in her loud voice right outside the exam room saying 'I didn't tell her to come back. What is she doing here?' was clear. She was impudent, treating me like an idiot who had no sense of her own body or pain. Would not even recommend her to an enemy.

She is amazing. I have been to reputable ENT's my entire life. Her suggestion of an implementation ear tube solved all my chronic problems. In addition, she is not one to overmedicate. I recommend her without any reservation. Candice Pantano

Didn’t do physical exam. Was very irritated when I asked about a regular protocol my regular doctor uses. Went out in the hall and declared she didn’t care what protocol my regular doc uses. Terrible experience for an established patient on the clinic. Was rude.
