Terrible front staff
I usually do not write reviews let alone bad reviews. However, my experience at this office has been nothing but discombobulated. I would like to acknowledge and appreciate the information Dr.Rodgers gave me, I love her and her personality. However her front desk needs work. My first visit, I was greeted unkindly by their front office staff. It is the same lady every-time, she doesn’t wear a name tag and I’m quite sure she gave me the wrong name. She is very rude and her customer care skills are little to none. Ive been nothing but respectful and all I’ve received back was attitudes and dismissals. I had to pay a copay which is normal to see the doctor. My second visit which was required I had to pay another co-pay but this time to get and ultrasound done IN OFFICE, which may be normal office policy but I still thought was weird. The same lady at the front desk then said I needed another appointment to follow up. I called back later to ask more questions asked to speak to someone in

Dr. Rodgers office no longer takes my insurance, which is fine. However, I asked if they had any referrals as I’m new to the city and have no experience and know no doctors here. I was told by the receptionist who has been rude at every visit I’ve had (noticing this is a common theme in the other reviews) that Dr. Rodgers has no recommendations and has “no colleagues” which is odd considering Dr. Rodgers had mentioned to me another provider who does a service she doesn’t provide during my annual visit last year. So I find it very hard to believe that she has no colleagues she could recommend. In terms of Dr. Rodgers, she’s blunt and straightforward, if you don’t like that you won’t like her. Wasn’t a problem for me, only draw back was I’d been to her office about 3 or 4 times and every time she acted as though I’d never been a patient each time and reintroduced herself. Due to them leaving me without a doctor and my medication I wouldn’t recommend. Poor treatment of loyal patients.

I have never ever in my life wrote a review, however I always do my research and felt that this last scenario with this office needed to be revealed. Words cannot express how this office treated me in my 2nd trimester. I'm not going to go into a lot of detail regarding the unethical and unprofessional...and I mean unprofessional behavior this office and staff has shown. Please believe what the reveiws are saying on both ends of the provider and office staff. Always go with what your spirit tells you because it's the truth. Unethical and unprofessional behavior is un acceptable. Please ladies...look beyond the face value and pay attention to character, choice of words, and tone. This office really revaled it's true colors. So unfortunate when you try to support black owned businesses. There are too many great ob/gyns out here and we shouldn't have to be disrespected as patients. I hope this helps someones decision.

I was dropped as a patient during Covid-19 without notice. Found out after attempting to book an appointment. The older receptionist, Ms Rhonda was disgustingly rude to me. The nurse or Dr. Rogers had enough decency to reach out to me. Dr. Rogers was initially very pleasant and eventually showed her true colors. Her staff is a direct representation of her and I’m not sure she realizes that. I used to speak so highly of her, never again!

I discovered Dr. Rogers in the South Fulton Lifestyle magazine and shortly after, I met her at the Best of South Fulton Awards celebration one year. After meeting her, I kept thinking to myself that I needed to schedule an appointment with her office because she was very personable and obviously very good at what she does because she's won the Best of South Fulton award year over year. Well yesterday was my first visit and it completely exceeded my expectations! The staff was very polite and

Dr. Rogers is a fine OBGYN, but the overall experience of visiting her office is soured by her front office staff. They have made several clerical and billing mistakes that have significantly delayed my care. The level of incompetence and lack of attention to detail is so staggering and immensely time-consuming, that even though I like and trust Dr. Rogers, I will need to find a new OBYN.

There are so many things I could point out from this office. Dr. Rogers made it a habit to always come in the room, sit down, and immediately bring out her phone to answer texts or phone calls. It seemed like that was just what the first five minutes (of maybe 15 minutes) of my appointments were for. She very rarely returns phone calls, forgets to call in prescriptions for days in end, and then doesn't inform you the prescription was called in. There's plent more, but limited space here.

I have been a patient of Dr Rogers for a little over 2 years, and ended up referring family to her practice (5+ women ). Last year, the bedside manner was approachable, wait times were manageable, and the staff was friendly. This year has been a complete mess. I have received bills from them about procedures that wouldve been covered by insurance but there were several coding issues by disorganized staff. Dr Rogers also cut appointments short for personal phone calls and forgets to do/order labs
