Completely dismissed my pain
I was experiencing some throat pain and swelling. He told me that maybe I was just stressed out, and possibly had a post nasal drip. He hardly even looked at my throws at all. He gave me 1 day of a steroid dose which did nothing. Thankfully I sought help elsewhere because after a month on the wrong medication, I was able to get blood work done. I had Tonsilitis, MRSA, and Mono and am finally on the mend after seeking care elsewhere.

Stay Away
Condescending and not helpful. This was a significant cost of a visit. After a long winded explanation of ...nothing...I was just shooed away with no medicinal value. After suffering for 2 weeks, I received proper care elsewhere.

Horrible
Did not do a thorough exam at all. I was having trouble breathing, a horrible cough, and a sore throat so bad that lead to laryngitis and now I can’t speak. He said I had a cold and prescribed some nose spray. Absolutely idiot. I’m in horrible pain and am still extremely sick.

Dismissive and careless
Dr. Thai literally rolled his eyes at me when I expressed my concerns to him at the urgent care. He essentially told me I should rely on the internet versus seeking a medical professional. He was extremely condescending and unhelpful.

Dismissive and Careless
Please avoid this doctor. Dr. Thai only performed a very brief, not thorough examination, despite the fact that I came in with severe pain and worrying symptoms. He invalidated and quickly dismissed my symptoms. The next day, I sought a second opinion at a different clinic and received the medical attention I needed. As it turns out, no surprise, I had a bad infection and needed antibiotics. If I had chosen to trust Dr. Thai and not gone elsewhere, I would have suffered extreme medical complications. It's beyond me how people like him are practicing medicine with an actual license.

Effective, kind and efficient care
I came into urgent care with pain in my arm after falling. He and the team took me in quickly and identified that my arm was broken. They provided x-ray, advice and treatment in less than 2 hours. Thanks for your advice and help.

Did not take seriously
I came in complaining of excruciating kidney pains, and suggested I had a UTI that spread to my kidney. Doctor said that even though I had pain in my kidneys, he did not believe the UTI spread. He did not give me a medication to help the kidney infection, which eventually leaked into my blood and I spent a week in the hospital with sepsis.
