I had flu/cold type symptoms with the worst concern being a severe shortness of breath. Dr. Pelzel did not do a chest x-ray or throat culture. Ignoring all the other symptoms, he prescribed me with 3 different asthma meds. After 4 nebulizer treatments, 4 inhaler uses & 1 dose of prednisone, I called and left a message for him requesting a second lab to test for pneumonia.he did not return my call after 2 days of leaving messages. I went to St Joe's e.r and was diagnosed with A-typical pneumonia.
