Dr. Tony Bui, MD

Dr Bui was the overseeing doctor for my mother who was at Brookdale Club Hill until very recently. I know very little about Dr. Bui, as Dr Zevallos treated my mother usually. But Dr Bui’s office was very unhelpful to me. I asked a simple question: does my mother have a diagnosis of dementia in her records? I began with Dr Zevallos, of course. He told me to call the office. I called the office. I was told they would get back with me the next day. They did not. When I called after two days, I was told they would ask Dr. Bui. Dr. Bui wanted me to talk to Dr Zevallos. I explained I had already done that. An office staff said she would contact Dr Zevallos. Dr Zevallos never got back with me. I finally called the office and asked them to mail the records, as no one is willing to spend the few minutes it would take to help me. I need this info for my own long term healthcare insurance, and it is worth several hundred $ to me. I am still waiting on the records. HELP!!
