Dr. Tong Liu, MD

Dr Liu was very patient and listened to all my questions, she answered them and asked me if I understood what she said and asked if I had anymore. Dr.Liu is a very caring person.

I've been using Dr Tong Liu for a few years for my cardiac health. She is very compassionate, sincere, knowledgeable. She takes her time with you, explains everything in detail and really makes you feel comfortable and is committed to you and your health. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a cardiologist.

I began going to Dr. Liu after my cardiologist retired. Her credentials are outstanding which gave me the confidence I needed to switch over to her and she hasn't disappointed me since. She's personable, friendly, patient in giving me adequate time to discuss all concerns. Tests are scheduled as needed and based on concerns I have raised. Staff is friendly, office is easy to schedule appts. with and billing dept. has not presented any problems either. I highly recommend Dr. Liu without hesitation.

Never once saw the Dr. Then was told I needed to wear a heart monitor for a week and set it all up and did it ONLY to get a 900$+ bill a few weeks later! They never told me it was not covered by Medicaid Or I would have never agreed to it. Been fighting for almost a year to try to get my records my general doctor is even tried only for them to just send a copy of the EKG strips. No records, no heart echo results nothing. Having to go through HIPAA right now to file a claim against them for not giving me my medical records because they legally belong to me. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this doctor this is the most horrible place I've ever been in my life. And you don't even see the doctor! So what's the point in going when you're going to see some guy that doesn't tell you any of your results just stands there at the computer not answering any of your questions. I never got a diagnosis all I got was I'll see you in six months now nevermind you're fine I'll see you in a year

I would not be alive without this doctor. She is the 1st Cariologist in 10 years that listened to me when I said there is something wrong please help me. All me tests kept coming back in the high normal range for my age. But she kept looking finally there was one test that insurance would not pay for but she asked me it I wanted it(it was $180) I said yes. The rest is history that test led to a heart Cath and open heart surgery. It saved my live I had been a ticking time bomb. 3 major vessels going to my heart were almost completely blocked. If I had not been as young as I was I would have been dead. Dr Tong Liu is my life savor. Her staff is fabulous they are all 1st rate. They always treat you like you are the only priority.

I was referred to Dr. Tong Lou by a doctor that left the Heart Center over a year ago. I went to every appointment every couple of months and had not once ever been even seen Dr. Tong Lou! I would be seen by the rudest office staff. (They would whisper to each other what type of patient was in each exam room.) When I asked where Dr. Tong Lou was at every appointment, the office staff would reply that she is busy and doing rounds at the hospital. After a year of no shows by Dr. Tong Lou, I lef!

Dr Liu is very knowledgable as is her staff. They are all very sociable and concerned with providing the best care possible. Dr Liu takes time with her patients and listens to their issues and concerns. They all work diligently with the mass of paperwork required by insurance companies. I was very lucky to find such a quality group of people and to get the quality of care for which I had hoped. I will recommend her and her staff to anyone.

She is a wonderful Dr. she has helped me so much. Very caring. She is so nice and talks to you and explains everything you need to know.

Dr Tong Liu is such a caring and conscientious Dr, I feel very at ease with her and did from the beginning about 6 months ago. She immediately made me feel very comfortable and speaks so that I know what she is talking about, not using big medical terms and, speaks to me, not at me. I would certainly recommend her to anyone I know. I never feel rushed, wait time in waiting room is a few minutes, but that is an indication of not rushing patients and no longer than other Drs.
