Dr. Tommy Banks III, MD

Dr. Tommy Banks is an outstanding physician. He's very professional, compassionate and thorough. As a patient, I have been able to share my concerns about my overall health and my needs have been met. I met Tommy Banks years ago. Once he became Dr. Tommy Banks and my oldest son was now too old to see Dr. Bimle. Choosing Dr. Banks was easy. Trustworthy, passionate and a great Dr.

Tommy is a very good and knowledgeable doctor very happy with him. The problem is have tried to get a refund for months after all insurance paid was told first time I would have to request one they don’t refund unless you ask for it then was told because came back to see doctor Banks couldn’t get it because now I have a balance well the insurance paid and there has been 8 phone calls 2 times went up there and now by Angel she said filed for refund again sept 21 and that it Takes time well I think after months then another office visit and wait again over 30 days there is a problem in the office with refunds . So putting off coming back In For medical care because told if you go back in then they will keep holding til insurance r you pay new balance there is a 0 balance now just refund the money so can come back in

We began using Dr Banks after Dr McCormick moved to another practice. We really liked Dr McCormick and equally like Dr Banks. With complex medical conditions, Dr Banks is thorough in discussion and treatment. His staff is courteous and attentive to patients' needs. We have recommended Dr Banks to all our family and friends and most have chosen him as their PCP.

First visit with Dr. Banks 11/22/19. I was looking for a Dr. that would listen and spend more time with me than i spent in the waiting room to see them. Dr. Banks listened and gave me informed information ii could understand. He was very easy to speak with and made me feel confident He could help me with my Diabetes and Thyroid issues. I look forward to the test results and plans to help me have a better quality health.

Love Dr. Banks...is thorough in his exams...can understand what he tells us...is not an alarmist...are very comfortable with him.
