Dr. Tom Floyd Jr, MD

My husband seen this dr as he calls himself and was treated very rude. He would not answer questions for him. He was being rude and in a rush. Ended up hurting my husband at his appointment leaving him in pain and none of his questions were answered! People like this should not call themselves a doctor. Will never go again and hope no one else goes and gets treated rude. This company needs to let him know he is rude and its unacceptable!

I've ask for help many times and he only offers a catheter inside me. I finally called my daughter a nurse. She told me about condom catheters. He also refused to do my FMLA paperwork until I said I'd notify BCBS and then he agreed. Even emailed me twice trying to do it. I told him he had his chance and didn't until I said I'd contact BCBS. I fired him and have another Urologist. All he want to do is give pain and tell you it don't hurt. Hospitalized 6 days after his surgery no help from him.

Dr Floyd listened to my concerns and gave me a clear understanding of my condition and treatment options. When I decided to have surgery he throughly explained in detail what he was going to do and what results I could expect. Dr Floyd did my surgery and I could not be happier with the results. I am no expert on Doctors but Dr Floyd seems to be up on latest treatment options and from my results he definitely is a skilled surgeon.

Bedside manners awful.
