I can't even begin to explain what a blessing Dr. sterner has been. My kids have followed his practice for the past 16 years. When my one was very sick and after multiple hospital stays Dr. Sterner called everyday for a week even on the weekend to check on his condition. Including a holiday. He's explained things that specialists left me confused with. I've recommended him to a few family and friends. The staff he works with including Dr.Kovac are great.

I will not be returning to this pediatrician. The staff were very pleasant but Mr. Sterner had me leaving very upset with his comments on my parenting and what's best for my child. I was in tears. He Told me I wasn't a good parent and he told me I shouldn't come back.

Dr sterner was the on call physician covering for dr yost on 2/8/16. I called answering service at 830pm and again at 1000 because still haven't heard from him. Paged him again. It's now 1221am and I'm in the er with my 3yr old. Never heard from him!!! Thanks Doc
