I went to an allergist, dermatologist, opthalmologist, and a family practice MD to determine an eye allergy. Dr Simpson quickly diagnosed ailment and confirmed with blood test - personable, amiable, and patient centered care

I must say that...since I've moved from South Louisiana (Cajun country), I've noticed that Northwest Arkansas has some of the most professional businesses. The bar seems to be raised very high..especially in the area of "quality service"and courtesy. Dr. Todd and his excellent staff are at the summit of quality in the medical community of Northwest Arkansas! While it's true that many live with pain, If you really want a better quality of life...Dr.Todd and his staff operate like a well oiled machine. The very best in medical service. I'd recommend my 88 year old Cajun mom to the Simpson gang if she lived here! There is hope for health improvement with Dr.Todd...but you gotta WANT to improve your life too! "GB"

Dr. Simpson is brilliant. He was referred to me by another Dr. that told me he was the most intelligent Dr. he's ever met. My husband has had a long time issue and we've visited doctors in all five states we've lived in and no one could fix the problem. Dr. simpson did in 10 minues! Amazing. And it was a 'natural' solution, not just writing scrips and throwing them his way. Great personality. It's acutally fun to go to Dr. office.

Best Dr. I've been to in years! He takes time to understand what is going on, and is determined to figure out what is wrong. BEST hormone replacement therapy Doctor in Northwest Arkansas! Has helped me manage my weight, and emotions that come with hormonal changes. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Dr. Simpson and his staff are. Highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Simpson now offers medical spa services! Exciting times @ A better you! NWA is blessed to have Dr. Simpson & staff!

I have been going to Dr. Simpson for several months now and from the first visit he has been amazing. He has not only helped me stay on track with my weight loss goals, but he has made sure I am doing it the healthiest way possible- his staff has always been nothing but kind, and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Simpson to my friends any day.
