Great Bedside Manner
We met with Dr. Senn for the first time today and were very impressed. My husband has suffered with Afib for years but has been hesitant to have an invasive procedure. Dr. Senn was able to calm his fears and reassure him that his quality of life will be much improved with the treatment plan recommended. We are waiting to be scheduled and finally see light at the end of this tunnel. At this time I would highly recommend Dr. Senn. His bedside manner and genuine concern are by far the best we've experienced in a long long time!

Very smart & caring, and so kind!!
I have had an exceptional experience with Dr. Senn and continue under his care. After a two year Cancer Battle, I can say not all doctors are this caring. So I was so happy to see a warm face when we met. He knew exactly what I needed, as I was transferred from another hospital and quite ill. He put me back together again with absolutely no pain or trauma. Overly fearful due to past experiences. He treated me so very kindly when I explained my past trauma .He knew just what to do and really understood my fears. So for highly nervous patients this is your doctor.I can give no higher compliment, other than he has the kindest staff, front office to back!

He saved my life
Dr. Senn saved my life in 2016. When no other doctor could find out what was going on, he came in and knew exactly what to do. He performed 2 heart ablations and I am forever thankful.

He's not the worst cardiologist or electrophysiologist I've ever dealt with, but he's not a great listener. On top of that, his office's billing is nightmarish. I keep getting a 16-dollar bill that I have tried to pay for months. No one can run it down for me, no one will let me pay it over the phone, I keep getting transferred to voice mailboxes that are full, or else calls aren't returned, or if you do get a message back, it tells you to call one of the numbers where the voice mail box is, yes, full.

Awful so called doctor. My father had to see him in the hospital at Richland heart. When my father asked Dr. Senn what he could do to help fix the pain and swelling in his swollen legs, Dr. Senn went on to tell my dad he was in the hospital and the condition he was in was because he was fat and eating chips were the cause of all his medical problems. My dad had a bag of unopened chips sitting at his bedside table, he didnt even like chips. Poor care, and terrible bedside manner. What a real winner, hit a man while he is down, stuck in the hospital because of your cardiologist groups lack of care, when he asks you for help. Your mother should be so proud. Stay away from this whole Richland heart group if your smart
