Dr. Todd Peterson and his staff are wonderful. I had a total knee replacement in January and my knee feels great. He’s a great surgeon, explains things well and does great work. Highly recommended.

Dr Peterson had completed 3 surgeries on my husband. I knew when it was time to do my knee replacement that he and his staff would be the only ones that I would trust. The surgery went well and it has been two weeks out. Recovery has been much easier than I imagined. I know that he and his staff have my back (or in this case knee) and are there for any questions or problems that I could have. It’s been great getting his daily emails with reminders and surveys. I know when I do my other knee where I will go.

I had a total knee 13 days ago and my post op rehab has been great! I was really dreading the spinal and it went great! The knee itself hasn’t been as painful as I’d expected so I feel like I’m doing well! Graduated to a cane from a walker and doing more around the house every day! Dr. Peterson answered all my questions and provided great information so I’d know what to expect! Highly recommend!

Dr Peterson did my total knee replacement two years ago. I couldn’t have had a better Orthopedic Surgeon. He was so personable and took the time to explain everything. I had a list of questions but didn’t need to ask any of them because he covered all of them when he was explaining the surgery. His office team was so friendly and helped me with questions about how my insurance would be handled. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor and his entire team.

Absolutely. He is the best ORTHO Dr I have seen in 40 yrs as a nurse. He treats patients like old school (human). He fixed me up today and I'm pain free. Total SWEETHEART unlike most arrogant ORTHO SURGEONS. All my family who's had surgery recovered in less time than arrogant AHOLES. He is the best I've seen in 40 yrs. I am a type 2 Diabetic with moderate arthritis in shoulders and both knees. I have had cortisone injections in all of these areas by Dr. Kurt Klise, M.D. when he was practicing medicine @ Perry Mercy Clinic several years ago. Wonderful Dr. with wonderful results!! Helped so very much an...............................................................Unfortunately, Dr. Klise left Perry to start another practice in Grimes, Iowa and when several years later I needed a cortisone injection in a painful knee, I was referred to Dr. Todd Peterson, D.O., Orthopedic Surgeon who came to DCHospital Thursdays.....Told his assistant my last A1C was 5.9, am BS-98, perfect. I do not know what exactly I was given--had the shot @ 11:30am, went home, had the usual lunch then supper, by 8:00pm was feeling "drunk-like". My BS was 537!! On the way up to 600. Terrified, I stayed up all night taking Glimepiride until it came down to <200. Almost called an ambulance//// never again, I'll live with pain.

Very professional Patient friendly. Got right to the source of the issue. No unnecessary procedures or tests. Definitely recommend him and staff.
