Excellent. Just had cataract surgery on my first eye and I’m so pleased. He’s patient, he listens and answers questions without seeming rushed. He was very calming during the procedure since I was a tad nervous. Follow up is great. He and his staff are very professional and helpful. I’ve already recommended him to a new neighbor.

This Doctor should be shot! My 89 yr. old father has been waiting since September to have cataract surgery with this doctor. He missed his appointment yesterday, called to be rescheduled only to be told that Dr. Long was too busy and he needed to find another Doctor. Who does this to a patient?? I’d think twice before using this man!!

Dr. Long has never rushed in and out of my appointments. Very patient, listens to any concerns and explains procedures. I also find his assistant(s) very professional and efficient. Anna is one name I recall.
