To schedule an appointment, you have to leave a message. This is not explained, so you wait on hold for a long time, thinking you're getting through to someone, but they will call you back in 24 hours. And then it comes from an Unknown Number, so maybe you get it?

Very disorganized office staff, had to fill out new patient paperwork 3 different times in less than a year. Doc seems to listen, but forgot he did a liver function test on me, because he didn't check his notes

Just had an Endoscopy & Colonoscopy done by Dr. Kilgore. I give him 5 five star for doing both procedures I was in & out in such a manner that things went in a very timely manner, running exactly in time frame we discussed. VERY PROFESSIONAL, even accommodating to my dialysis schedule the best he could. Really listen to my concerns & fears including my other health issues/physical disability! Highly recommend Dr. Kilgore!

Given referral in hospital. Didn't know what to do so referred for surgery to remove gall bladder that was okay. Didn't come in room after referral to surgeon. No need for surgery. 5 minutes of leaving hospital was called and told of referral to another doctor for what I had been referred for in the first place.

I have been to numerous doctors, and Dr. Kilgore, has been by far one of the best doctors I have seen. He is very patient and understanding. He takes the times to explain things in layman terms and answers all your questions. He is very thorough.
