Dr. Todd Katzman, MD

The most non caring staff I have ever dealt with in a medical setting. Of they are so rude and cold towards the patients and the doctor accepts their behavior then it represents the professionalism of the doctor as well. I've been in pain for quite some time. I had to wait a considerable amount of time for the appointment and then the woman at the front desk gave me a lot of attitude when I told her that it wasn't a work related injury and that I had private insurance. Dr. Katzman is an outstanding surgeon. He did surgery on my right knee and my result was fantastic. After the surgery I had no pain and my knee feels great. I would highly recommend Dr. Todd Katzman to anyone who needs a great, caring and honest Dr.

My family & I have been going to this INCREDIBLE doctor for 10+ years! Dr. Katzman is simply AMAZING! He is that doc that actually really really really cares... yes he listens!!!! My WHOLE family has gone to him, my kids, my sister, my mom (knee surgery), now my husband (upcoming knee surgery). I have also referred many friends over the years, my daughters coach had both his knees fixed by Dr. Katzman. Front office... you are also great. There should be more docs like this.

Dr. Katzman is very nice and caring. He took his time and explain to me exactly what I had and the proper treatment I need. The front office was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr katzman.

On a recommendation from my neighbor, I went to Dr. Katzman for a painful knee. He is very friendly and spent a lot time with me and my husband answering all of our questions. I had to have surgery and now I have no pain. I am so thankful to Dr. Katzman and his wonderful staff for the treatment I received. I highly recommend Dr. Katzman.

The staff when making an appointment are very rude . This is the doctor my doctor recommended . However I called back my doctor to get another. Would not feel comfortable when knowing the people that work there are not making me feel important , or that they care . Not friendly and very rude.

Choose another Dr. After surgery at Fullerton Surg Ctr. got sepsis. Dirty instruments.Went to Dr. with liquid oozing from knee a week after surg. No culture just antibiotics. A week after that went to ER with unbearable pain. Was in hosp. for almost 3 months. Could have died. In that time Dr went on vacation and left me hanging in hosp with no replacement. Infectious disease Dr. spoke to Dr.Katzman by phone and when hung up said lets find you a new Dr, He made so many mistakes. No room for story

Rude/Unhelpful staff; Does not follow-up with procedure approvals; mailed letter will arrive before they acknowledge the procedure was approved by insurance company. Less than 5 minutes on knee evaluation.
