He made a phone call during our session--while I was crying, tears running down my face. During the call, he laughed. Then, he forgot what we were talking about (which was truly alarming stuff). When I pointed that out, he snapped, I got distracted! When I told him he shouldn't 1) Make a phone call during a session 2) when the patient is in a dangerous place 3) and laugh 4) and admit that he got distracted and forgot what we were talking about, he raised his voice and yelled, I'm insulted!
