As usual, Dr. Hofeling reviewed with me my blood test results and DEXA results. I did have questions and he answered them. He spent more than ample time with me and my "case" before I received Prolia.

Don't bother calling. They won't even talk to you without a referral from your primary care. Being referred from Dr On Demand and similar online doctor services are not good enough for them. This is an incredibly insensitive attitude to both the costs the patient has to incur just to be seen, and to the ongoing covid situation.

Dr. Hofeling is an excellent rheumatologist. I am a nurse so I have worked with a lot of doctors. Dr. Hofeling is one of the best. He is very smart, thorough, and kind. He carefully listens and takes the time to explain everything. I completely trust him and cannot imagine seeing anyone else for my Lupus.

Despite always having a full schedule and running late, he takes the time to listen and to explain things. I never feel rushed of like he's in a hurry. He cares about finding the root of a problem, even when it's elusive, and frustrating. Not good at calling or emailing a response, but does take action when necessary.
