Everyone was very nice and made sure I was comfortable and well informed about my procedure. Dr. Greer was very personable and did my procedure very quickly and painlessly. Because it was such a quick procedure I told them it was hardly worth coming in for. Dr. Greer said "yeah hardly worth parking the car, right? They gave me post procedure instructions and I was oon my way.

Dr. Greer is fantastic! Support staff here are a nightmare! Complete lack of standardized processes and treatment protocols. The support staff has VERY high turnover, are untrained, no cross training and are incompetent and unpleasant. I received months of treatment here. Getting everyone on the same page or even getting scheduled is a time consuming nightmare every step of the way. This is a cattle call "money grab" with zero thought to "patient experience". Don't walk, sprint from this dive.

Great doctor! Explains procedures and options well. The office staff and the technicians (they do the vein mapping), do all they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. No pressure and all options are explained and questions answered.
