So far everything up to this day has been great. The staff is alway friendly when I come to an appointment, they are very attentive to my need and answered any questions I had. Today is my surgery day after 6 months of dietary appointments and check ups! I’m excited to get back to a healthy weight and live my life to the fullest.

Half the staff here is very nice, the other half not so much. I didn't feel like I was listened to or treated like an individual. And for some reason his office is in West Des Moines but he only does surgery in a couple small out of town hospitals that are a couple hours drive from Des Moines.

9 years later and 2 lap bands, I am still morbidly obese! On my way down though with another awesome diet! I always felt like a "number" and after he gave me 2 lap bands, told me I should've had the sleeve! Seriously wish I would have never had this CRAPband! 6 years since I've been in and no one has even called to reachule an appointment! Just sad...
