Doctor doesn't spend more then a few minutes with patient. Same issue for several visits with no referral. Came 1 minute late once and refused to see me.

Dr Burstyn is an excellent doctor. However his staff doesn't seen to want to help his patience with other issues such as their billing practice. I have been trying to get in touch with his billing staff for over 3 days and no one will return my calls. The staff and management seems that they really don't care other than making appointments.

Dr. Burstyn is an excellent physician as is his medical assistant. The front desk staff and office manager are not customer service oriented at all.

Dr. Burstyn is one of the finest MDs that I have come across in the Baltimore-Washington area. He's intelligent, caring, and, perhaps just as important, he listens carefully to his patients. If you live in the Baltimore area and you're shopping around for a physician, Dr. Burstyn should definitely be on your bucket list. I'm proud to call him my physician.

Dr Burstyn and his staff are very caring and supportive in addressing our medical issues. Dr Burstyn has been an excellent diagnostician. He is very thorough in his examinations. If there is any doubt as to the illness or required followon treatment without hesitation he refers us to the appropriate specialist.

The office manager and staff seem more concerned about the Dr. leaving on time to honor religious obligations than caring for a recently dual diagnosed dementia and cancer patient Who lost his way when trying to get preop bloodwork appointment done prior to an upcoming scheduled surgery which now has to be postponed well sir if it was religious reasons instruct your staff not only did you take an oath for medicine but as a religious man you took an oath to God that you would serve his people.

Incompetent. Not Empathetic. Does not listen to the concern of families. Would not recommend. In order to be a good physician, you must listen to the concerns of your patients and family members. Also you must understand what is a life threatening illness and what is non emergent. Please take the time to understand what hospice means and when it is indicated. Hospice is not just for terminal illnesses like cancer, it can also be used for end stage COPD and CHF...living hospice.
