Dr. Borenstein took time to explain and listen, to my issues, not the usual rush you out appointment, like other facilities.

Was given wrong phone number to make a follow up scan by checkout desk, in misdirected following phone call sat on hold for an hour.Called correct imaging number but doctors order was not in system. Called Dr’s office staff who were confused and clueless, checkout personnel put me on hold, quite literally sat down the phone. Called in on second phone to complain, hold again. Instead of answering second phone the front desk picked up the first call.Now frontdesk, recognized voice, was extremely rude. Didn’t want to hear that their miscommunication was the reason why I wasted an hour and a half trying to make an appointment.Hospital staff is clueless, unprofessional, and extremely rude.

The Doctor gave me a lot of his time and attention. I felt heard and understood and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Borenstein has been really good to me. He and his staff are very friendly and highly professional. If I go in feeling stressed out I always leave feeling relief and hopeful. I have been going to him for a couple of years. I am grateful my sister referred me to him. I have gone to him for issues with feet pain and he has helped me. I highly recommend if you need help with pain.

I did not choose Dr Borenstein because I had emergency surgery and he happened to be on call. I was very lucky because not only is he a fine surgeon, he is also a great guy. He listens and explains and I have never felt rushed. I recommend him highly. Also a great staff.

Dr. Borenstein is helping me with recurring pain in my ankles and feet. Most recently he administered a cortisone shot in each foot and this is helping. And he ordered physical therapy which has helped. He's a very good listener and takes time to work with his patients on their problems.

Our appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, the earliest slot. Nevertheless we had to wait in the exam room until 9:45 for the doctor to show. I came out at 9:40 asking if they forgot about us, and they told me that other patients asking doctor a lot of questions. Remember, we were supposed to be first. 5 minutes later doctor showed up and didn't even apologize. He must have simply slept in. As a medical specialist he was probably good. I had follow up questions and tried to contact him. The front desk refuse to take a note to him and would always send me to the line of his medical assistant. Called 3 times, left messages, not a single call back. Next scheduled a televisit for the same follow up, waited all day, he never called. Again, maybe as a medical professional, he is fine, but I would never go back to him again.

Dr. Borenstein and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. They were able to answer all my questions.

Dr. Borenstein provides exceptional care! Treats patients respectfully, listens, and exhibits excellent follow through. Apologizes sincerely if he runs late. Beautiful office setting and staff is a perfect example of the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

I've been dealing with a lot of pain and suffering for a long time. I experienced an awful open and painful wound from a post-op infection, but the doctor, assistant, and office have been absolutely amazing. They gave me quick and accurate responses. I'm still in the process of healing but so far it's been a great experience.
