Smart & Caring Doctor
I was exceptionally fortunate to have been randomly assigned to Dr. Propst via my BC/BS Urgent Care TeleMed App. I was in severe pain and contemplating a trip to the ER. Thankfully, Dr. Propst saved the day! He thoroughly reviewed my medical records before appearing on my phone, he then asked many probative questions giving me all the time I needed to explain my problem and show him the affected area via video. Dr. Propst was very kind, thoughtful, sympathetic, sincerely concerned and reassuring. He smartly surmised what my issue was, he prescribed a home remedy to a very painful problem - AND IT WORKED! He also gave me suggestions on what my next steps should be with my personal physician and called-in a prescription to stave-off future issues of this nature. He concluded the appointment with kind words and confident reassurance. Dr. Propst is one heck of a superb doctor and a nice person!
