Horrible Bedside Manner
This doctor is HORRIBLE. I had a colposcopy and while I was receiving care she told me that when she had it done 'it felt like it was ripping out her intestines' which sent me into a panic attack. When I told her she said this she said 'I'm sorry you heard it that way, I said it is similar to an ant bite' So not only did this woman gaslight me she also never said sorry for making this the worst experience of my life. I wouldn't trust her to put a band aide on a cut let alone give me any kind of sensitive care.

Best doctor!
Dr. Thai is the kindest and most caring doctor I have ever seen. She takes the time to listen to her patients and addresses all their concerns. I usually have a lot of anxiety at these visits and I felt completely comfortable around her and I am able to speak freely. I highly recommend Dr. Thai and her office! My whole appointment was a smooth process from start to finish. I even needed a sonogram and they were able to add me on the same day for that to save me the trip of coming back. The tech was super sweet and explained everything to me. Thank you!!

This is my first time with Dr. Tina Lou, very informative. Listen to my questions we talked very good bedside manner. My original doctor Dr.Jackson has retired. She left notesThat I drive three and a half hours for my visits. Look forward to seeing Dr. Tina and the staff next year.
