My experience at Dr. Joyce office went great. She provided answers to my concerns and did not rush me. The office staff was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable and I definitely recommend her.

Office does not answer phones and does not return phone calls. They do not follow through with what they say

Dr. Joyce is a caring, thoughtful professional. What a breath of fresh air! Office staff is also top notch.

I have been seeing Dr Joyce for years now, but I will never go there again after the way I was treated today. I was seen by a resident intern yesterday who said he would write me a prescription, but the prescription was not called in which happens a lot with this office. After many failed attempts to call the office, I finally got through and the receptionist told me that Dr Joyce had reviewed what the intern wrote and said I wasn't sick enough and therefore would not call in the prescription. I was forced to go to an Urgent Care center for the same illness because I did not feel that Dr Joyce's office gave me proper medical care. The Urgent Care center was much better and I have medication now to help me get better. I do not feel that Dr Joyce's office was professional at all and they were of no help to me, but I will still have to pay for both appointments.

Dr.Joyce listens and cares about her patients more than many doctors I have worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable and determined to give her undivided attention to her patients. The office isn't the smoothest operation. But the quality of care from the doctor is superior except for the occasional office glitch. Her interventions in my health have changed the direction of the illness that we came to see her about.

Contacted Dr to discuss my 2nd visit where she was not in attendance. She made no attempt to call me. Two days later office called to schedule an in person appt to discus lab findings. Appt wait was 11 days and then she was again not present. Walked out of appt. Her office called to say there was an error in scheduling and she wanted to see me this week. Again- she made no attempt to vontact me even though she did not know what the subject was. My comp;aint was about a member of her staff and a harmfull perscription ( not to be used of havee glaucoma- which I have). So where is telehealth procedure??

Good doctor, friendly and attentive. However, office staff does not return calls or faxes. If need to get a copy of your results - forget about it. Call and leave a message - but never a call back. I have been able to get a real person literally 1 out of every 6 times I have called. There are better options available than this practice.

I finally feel heard, not judged and that I didn’t have to spend the entire time convincing her that how I was feeling is valid! I went to see Dr Joyce as a new patient to transfer my care to her as my new general practitioner. She sat with me (she even sat right next to me!) and let me just talk for a good hour about my life for the past 33 years and I felt safe which let me talk openly about my true feelings. I could not be any more happy right now. Thank you thank you thank you!

The worst doctor and practice EVER.

(long review)...I was recently scheduled for a new patient appointment as I am in between doctors. When I called from my car (COVID) the woman that answered rudely let me know I was late. My calendar had the appt at 1115, they had it at 11am, so I was 13 mins late...simple mix up. I learned that Dr. Joyce was already seeing her next appointment, which was scheduled 15 minutes later than my original time (11 and 11:15). How much time was Dr. Joyce actually going to spend with me? After some back and forth with the woman on the phone, continuing to assign blame to me for being late she began to try to reschedule. She offered morning and I asked for lunch time, to which she made an unnecessarily snide comment about how they "take lunch too" (fair enough, though if I'm willing to sacrifice my lunch time you should be more flexible). As I was saying I need to give some thought to being a patient the woman on the phone hung up on me. Really unprofessional and off putting. Do better!

Dr.joyce is not a bad doctor at all. I actually think she was kind and all, but I rarely ever saw her when I went in. Usually I saw her nurse practitioner or physician assistant. I prefer seeing a doctor when my insurance is billed for that. Office is nice though. Switched doctors so that I can see a doctor and not a pa or np.

Lousy as she trusts her nurses to run everything and they dont have the same education or experience and do no follow up care at all , unless you get upset then 9 months later they decide they might treat you . No thanks I need a doctor and one that knows how to write out a work order to get a test completed properly instead of having to have an oncologist do another test that should have been done in the first ace

I was looking for a new physician, and I am very happy that a friend recommended Dr Joyce. She is a very compassionate doctor, and has helped me tremendously. Dr Joyce will not rush your appointment. She does not just put a bandaid on your problem, or send you to another doctor as my past doctors unfortunately have. She is very knowledgeable and truly tries to get to the root of your problem, and treat you from there. Her staff is amazing, and always friendly on the phone and in person. There is little to no wait time on appointments. I am never rushed at my appointments. I have time to ask as many questions as needed. My daughter came with me to one appointment, and was so amazed at the care given and time Dr Joyce spent with me that she has decided to now see Dr Joyce and staff also!

Used to be my favorite doctors office but for the past year this facility has been nothing but a disappointment. To begin, it is now typical to expect rude phone calls. It takes over 30-50 minutes after when my appointments are scheduled to be seen and even then i have only experienced rushed consultations by physicians I have only met one time, and have never seen since. These are usually very confusing appointments considering that these physicians have absolutely no knowledge of prior medical history. This practice took an unfortunate turn. If you are looking for a place where you’ll feel comfortable, this is definitely not it.

Would never recommend this practice to anyone.

I went to Dr. Joyce’s office last week to get a blood test ordered by my endocrinologist to test TSH and T4, written clearly. I told the nurse that my doctor needed the result the next week and she promised it would sent to my endocrinologist on time. But when I went to see my endocrinologist today, the result was not there yet. Finally my doctor got the result from them himself, and the test elements are NOT what he ordered, wasting time and money. Irresponsible and incompetent

My first visit today and I really liked her. She dudnt rush me and talked to me quite awhile. Very nice office staff. Nice clean ofgice too

Dr. Joyce is amazing! We saw here for several years before we moved out of the state. She is extraordinary and so is her work family. They always made us feel like we were more than a chart number and remembered so much about what was going on with my boys and myself without being reminded. My boys felt so comfortable with all of the ladies!!! We miss them very much and haven't been able to find an office as awesome as that one since we moved!

Dr.Joyce is the best Dr. I have ever had. She takes her time with you and explains everything. The most caring Dr.you can ask for. Gina, Devin, Kristen and the rest of her staff is awesome.
