She told me that I needed to lose weight in order to get my menstrual cycle. Instead of following her advice, I simply started eating healthier, more veggies, less fast food, and fruit every day. Its been almost a year and while it's not regular yet, I feel like I'm headed on the right track. I believe in health at every size. I haven't lost a pound, but I got my menstrual cycle. Also, when I was in the office, one of the receptionists was very rude. Next time, I'll go to Planned Parenthood.
