Good listener
He has been treating my hypothyroidism for about 3 years. I feel he is a good listener and his office staff have terrific customer service skills. Additionally, I appreciate that he provides comprehensive documentation in the Epic application — which I can access via MyChart post office visit.

I am prediabetic and wanted a consultation regarding my high cholesterol and diabetes. He did not listen to anything I had to say. Waste of time and copay…in my opinion, if you want medical advice from 1980’s he’s your guy.

Dr. Williams has been my endocrinologist for about the last ten years. He has always been very thorough, caring and logical in his recommendations.l

I was referred to Dr. Williams by my primary doctor, as they are both in the same practice, for my Hypothyroidism. I have now seen Dr. Williams three times. I do not feel that Dr. Williams listens to my concerns and simply relies on blood work for treatment. While polite, he has little bedside manner and spends the majority of the visit typing on the computer. I am awaiting an appointment with a new endocrinologist.

I've been seeing Dr. Williams for over 10 years. I was seeing him before he joined Queen City. I'm type 2. Doctor Williams has been able to get me on an insulin pump and continues glucose monitor. He follows through on request and battles the insurance to get the things you need. He does a through exam each time and I rarely have much of wait to see him. He also provided me with scripts while I was changing Primary Care Doctors and my old doctor would not allow refills. Goes above beyond

I have been seeing Dr. Williams for about a year and a half. He immediately took me off Metformin when I explained the symptoms I was having. Fixed my problem. He took me off all oral meds and started me on mealtime insulin. My numbers came down to 7.3. He is not condescending at all, he explains what you need to do. He treats you with respect. Highly recommended.

Dr. Williams is one of the best doctors in Cincinnati. The umbrella organization that runs this practice needs major improvement. They only care about making money. He has been my endocrinologist for two decades.

I have had two visits with Dr. Williams. Both times my blood sugar was running an average of 250 for extended periods of time. Dr. Williams spends about 30 minutes initially entering data on the computer. Then he actually looks in my mouth, feet and pokes around for approximately 5 minutes. I went to a specialist to have my scripts changed only to be referred to a Dietician. Im retired army and been a personal trainer for years. I know my diet and exercise stuff. Looking for new doc.
