Rude Office Staff
I do not recommend this office in any way. The office staff is extremely rude and uncaring, especially Shannon. Apparently the doctor does not think hiring competent and compassionate staff is important. Will find another doctor.

Great Doctor!
After a hospital visit, he was very prepared for my follow up appointment. He had read and reviewed all my information. He had my X-ray up and reviewed it with me. He has continued to monitor my situation and work with my medicine as needed.

Best neurologist in Florida.
I found Dr Wierzbicki and his staff to be polite, caring and kind. He found a sure solution to assist me with my migraines and control my seizures. He listens to my concerns and never rushes me through my appointment. He monitors my blood levels every 3 months to make sure I’m healthy. Whenever I’ve called his office to speak with his assistant or other personnel, I’ve always found them to be polite and helpful. I highly recommend him and even though it may take a while to get your appointment, Dr Wierzbicki is worth the wait.

Rudest staff I’ve encountered yet - they should win a prize! Told them I was running late, but they told me to come anyway. Got there 10 minutes late and they wouldn’t let me see the doctor. That receptionist is scary, really. And she was eating while behind her desk! Finding another neurologist ASAP.

I agree with the reviews I have read here. While Dr. Wierzbicki is a good doctor his office staff (Shannon) makes it impossible to work with him in any way. She is rude, dismissive and quite unpleasant. We have filed a complaint with the Insurance Company, Medicare and State of Florida. I am done with him and will find another doctor.

This Doctor is awesome- the 5 stars are for him; HOWEVER if I had to rate the "office manager" it would be NEGATIVE stars!!!! Whenever I have had to deal with anybody beside the doctor himself I felt like a hamster on a wheel OMG !! They don't listen- they don't relay messages correctly... if in fact they are even getting relayed.

I can see I am not the only one that agrees the Dr. Wierzbicki is a great doctor, but his wife runs that office and tries to dominate and belittle the patients. You expect to feel like you doctors office is a place to go to for help, not make everything so hard.

My husband and myself have both been seen by Dr. Wierzbicki and find him wonderful. What ruins the doctor patient relationship is not his intelligence but his wife who tries to dominate and control every aspect of your visit with her historically, domineering personality. She needs to leave the office and let Dr. Wierzbicki do his job and she can go elsewhere.

Everything is always a big hassle with this office. While Dr Wierzbicki seems like a caring provider, he has no control in his office. His wife, Michelle (AKA Shannon) wants to be in charge of everything. Nothing ever gets done in a timely fashion or without several phone calls. When you leave messages with the front desk for prescription refills or authorization requests for critically necessary mobility equipment repair, they seem to get lost. I am looking for a new neurologist!
