Dr. Timothy Vanadurongvan, MD

I was referred to Dr. Vanadurongvan well over a month ago by my GP for some alarming and sudden prostate problems. After waiting well over a month for them to reach out to me, I finally decided to call their office to see why. The receptionist I informed me in a very pompous way, that she wasn't surprised that I never heard back because I was "On Medicaid" and, their office only sees 10 Medicaid patients at a time as a kind-of public service. Without any further inquiry from me, she volunteered that their reasoning for this policy was because ?it didn't serve them, or anyone really, to treat any more people with bad insurance than that at once. Before I had time to decide how offended I was, she went on to let me know that they're the only urologists in the entire region, so my options were to pay them cash for a visit and be seen as soon as next week, or have her add me to the 5 month "charity list" that I wasn't on. I'm making a police report and calling the local paper tomorrow.

Will absolutely NEVER go to this practice. Incompetency, rudeness and complete lack of care or follow up for the patient. Outrageous rudeness from every staff member and complete disregard from the doctor when complications arose. Furious. Western slope residents, NEVER GO HERE.
