Dr. Timothy Tseng, MD

When to MARC for a routine cystoscopy. Must say when I met Dr Tseng I was not impressed with his mannerism. The procedure went as well as could be expected. Two days later I was feeling terrible and went to my PCP who diagnosed me with a Urinary Tract Infection. Urinalysis showed a bacterial infection that could possibly have been caused by unsanitary equipment or environment. I was feeling fine prior to procedure but now on antibiotics as a result of this procedure. Don’t think I’ll see him anymore!

DEFIANTLY NOT, HAD EMERGENCY SURGERY WITHIN 48 HOURS OF TSENG SURGERY.... WAS NOT ABLE TO CONTACT... LEFT 3 MESSAGES DAY OF DISCHARGE BECAUSE OF COMPLICATIONS... ANOTHER SURGEON AND HOSPITAL FIXED IT!

I felt like I didn’t matter to him. He rushed PA in to talk with me but left me in pain and didn’t even offer any help. He shouldn’t be employed at UT Medical. Very horrible treatment or lack of his patients. Won’t be back

First, he doesn’t have bedside manners towards patients and comes across as arrogant and annoyed. After my kidney stone surgery, didn’t come out to recovery to check up on me. He left a stent inside my body after stent removal and completely disregarded my complaints of pain and discomfort when I advised that I felt something was left behind. After discovering his error months later, he billed my insurance and me for the procedure to fix his mistake. Avoid him and his office and seek Urology help elsewhere!

I agree with Dalila. I am from Del Rio have more than a decade dealing with kidney stones and the side effects. I went to him to get help in dealing with a current stone that has already been identified on a sonogram and to help in prevention. He was VERY Condescending and basically told me there was nothing wrong with me, when the sonogram and previous CT scans clearly found stones. He will not be touching me ever.

I am eternally grateful to Dr. Tseng for his expertise and care. He is an excellent surgeon and very professional doctor. I had a large staghorn stone in my left kidney that nearly invaded my kidney. Dr. Tseng took my case and expedited my surgery. I had an amazing recovery and relief from all the symptoms of the staghorn stone. Thank you Dr. Tseng. You are truly a very gifted surgeon.

His condescending manner towards patients is absolutely ghastly. He fails tremendously in earning patients trust and making them feel comfortable in their most weakest and ill. He observes people and if they show any questioning of his diagnosis he amplifying his condescending attitude and completely displays his annoyance and avoids the patient and refers ALL MESSAGES thru his staff.
