Dr Tim Schuster (Urology) is one of the best doctors I have had in my 67 years. He is completely thorough, easy to talk to and calming & encouraging.

Dr. Schuster was excellent as always, very informative and I found it so easy to undrstand his findings.He is the best! Thanks

Dr. Schuster was AMAZING! We took our adult special needs son to him for an issue. He sent us directly to the lab after our appointment. Later in the evening he call us to let us know his blood work was within normal range. He knew we were very concerned, (since he is non-verbal) it was so nice that we did not have to wait several days for it to show up on on MY CHART. To me he went beyond what was expected.

Dr Schuster lied to me about the turp procedure when he said nothing would change, the only thing he talked about was retrograde ejaculation he failed to mention any other complications such as ED, and that this procedure will damage the nerves of the prostrate and that it could take several years to regain and feeling, all he wanted to do was pills and injections all which were unsuccessful, when he was told things were not working he stated that he never heard of this. Dr Schuster has very poor bedside manner’s and more prevalent after the turp procedure and what I mean is that he could care less about his patients.I would like nothing more than to sit down and talk to someone from promedica.

Dr. Schuster NEVER showed up to the hospital to see my mother. She was in agonizing pain and misery. We were told he was coming.........NEVER did. A different urologist had to do surgery on my mother due to this Schuster doctor never showing up (despite SEVERAL calls to Lori (Laurie). The patient care at Toledo Hospital is a complete joke. We have always gone to Toledo Hospital, but after this nightmare, we are done. Please do your research on these doctors and hospitals because they are not about patient care anymore. Sickening

I have been a patient of Dr. Schuster for about 10 years. He is very easy to talk to and takes the time to explain the problem. He is very friendly and professional. The staff is also great to work with and I always get seen at the scheduled time or even earlier. I would highly recommend Dr. Schuster and his staff.

Dr. Schuster and his entire staff are just so very wonderful and caring. I could not be more impressed and I am so very thankful I was placed in their care. How very fortunate and lucky for me!!!

He and his staff treated me excellent. My vasectomy was uncomfortable for obvious reasons but that was it everything was easy peazy.

I was able to get a vasectomy scheduled with Dr. Schuster in the new ProMedica outpatient surgery center. Dr. Schuster was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable (he has an impressive background). I was nervous about the procedure, and he and his staff did a great job of keeping me calm and relaxed. There was very little pain during (barely felt the numbing, then nothing after that), and the recovery has been much better than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Schuster.

Dr. Schuster is hands down the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My office visit today was one filled with tremendous anxiety. He just called me personally late on a Friday night to inform me of my test results to calm my fears and told me to 'have a relaxing weekend'. The entire experience was surreal. I have seen him previously and was astounded by his bedside manner and caring attitude. Unbelievable. Do not pass on seeing this man.

Dr. Schuster is honest, frank, helpful and has a great "bedside manner." He is knowledgeable yet encourages the patient to do the research - and suggests the sources to investigate. He has just enough ego to speak with conviction, yet also suggests alternative treatment options and second opinions. I have tried to list a few areas where his practice might improve but have not yet thought of a single one. Would that I could give him six stars.

I became a patient of Dr. Schuster when my previous urologist moved. From the very beginning, I was at ease with Dr. Schuster. He always explained test results, listened and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a urologist. Great staff, too.

Dr. Schuster is the best doctor I have ever seen. He gives you all the time you need to understand what your options are and helps coordinate your care when it is necessary to get other doctors involved. He knows what he is doing and he has all my confidence. I trust him completely.
