Dr. Timothy Sandell, MD

I saw Dr Sandell for awhile years ago probably 2011-2012 or so. I had to go through some old medical records and came across his name and said “ah yes Dr. Sandell.” He is such a nice man with a wonderful demeanor. I really liked him a lot and you can’t go wrong here and I just thought to stop by and say so.

Dr. Sandel is my favorite doctor ever and believe me I have been a patient in the healthcare system for 30+ years. He’s very easy to talk to and has a friendly personality. He never seems to be in a rush, always takes time to explain everything. In addition to his thorough understanding and compassion for chronic pain is refreshing. I drive 2 1/2 hours to see him. I have also had injections and rhizotomy’s at his surgery center and he and his staff are wonderful, every time! They all are friendly, and Dr SANDEL explained everything before the procedure, and told me step by step what he was doing during the procedure.

How do I begin well first off Laci in Dr. Sandell office is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond her duties and then some. Laci helped me with my new insurance and getting my prescription filled. Laci came in early to follow up and was in total contact with me for 3 days straight. Laci did not have to do this but as I said above and beyond Laci made this happen. I will say that the call center they are using now is absolutely horrible!! You can’t understand them and they do NOT understand you. This service totally took the wrong notes to relay to Dr. Sandell and this is were Laci stepped in to help and totally changed my thoughts because I was leaving this practice just because of the call center. Dr. Sandell I hope you know what kind of PA you have because if it wasn’t for Laci I would of left after 9 years of being your patient. Kudos to Laci!!

Started with Dr Sandell 13 years ago. Best doctor. Caring, listens isn't in a hurry. Trys to find the best treatment. I have now moved to Florida. And still haven't found a doctor. Ones trying to charge me 500.00 . Not feeling real well. No meds. Wished I would have never moved. Best office staff. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Sandell did my spine injections today. He was extremely friendly, and explained everything before the procedure, and told me step by step what he was doing during the procedure. He and his staff did everything they could to keep me as comfortable as I could be. For the first time in months I actually feel a little better. Thank you!

Dr. Roberts is treating me for ARMD. He is very friendly and through. Answers all of my questions in a manner I can understand.

The front office staff was rude and unhelpful. It took them 3 weeks to receive my referral and check my insurance after I called several times. They called to indicate 'they didn't take my insurance,' which turned out to be incorrect - they take United - they just 'didn't want to deal with my out of state United insurance.' I guess they can cherry pick their patients. We will take your insurance, but you will have to pay if it's difficult for us to get reimbursed." I am happy to go elsewhere

Dr. Sandell and his PA Jamie Case are very caring and professional. I have been a patient since 2009. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone with chronic pain or back issues.

I can't even begin to explain how wonderful Dr Sandell and his staff at the Audubon surgery center are!!! I have been there a few times for injections and every time I am there it is always the same smiling, wonderful staff. Very professional and very personable. I love that Dr Sandell takes the time to answer any questions I might have, and it's usually a few. I highly recommend Dr Sandell at the pain center as well as his wonderful staff!
