Excellent Physician
Agree with all positive reviews for the doctor and most of his staff. Precrip refills, returning calls and some scheduling issues with delay, PA horrible in Weatherford, Texas (she made fun of me outside the examining room and I heard her - she was very condescending FTF). I left the practice after 15 years of being a loyal patient. Plus, I’m looking for healthier alternatives to opioids. Thank you Dr. Ratino for helping to manage my pain for so many years! Wishing you continued success with your practice!

Dr. Ratino has changed my life
I have had neck and shoulder pain for MANY years, I have seen many specialists and no one has been able to change my life for the better as much as Tim Ratino has. His MA and Nurse are angels who have come down to earth to grace us with their glorious presences as they walk you through the process and take your vitals. Then, this very kind, very easy on the eyes, personable (we’ll call him Man for now) man walks in and he made me feel like a person. He asked me how I’m feeling - not just where my pain is, but in general, I asked a LOT of questions as I have a fear of needles, and I have been nervous about an epidural and at no point in time did I feel rushed by him, then he took me too the procedure room where his team completed what appeared to be a lay up procedure for them in a matter of minutes. right before I fainted on them. They took very good care of me after the fainting and have reached out almost weekly to see how I am doing. I am pain free for over a month! THAK YOU!

Dr Timothy Ratino
Dr. Ratino and his staff are awesome. He and his staff have helped me for at least 10 years. He offers a lot more than just pain relief and is very forgiving when you make mistakes. I forgot to call when my leg pain increased so much I could not put much pressure or walk very far. He was very forgiving and provided the help I needed. His staff is also awesome. I have never had anyone be rude to me. All are very helpful and empathetic. I’m not sure why, but some people think that if they are rude; doctors are all obligated to care for them. When you are rude and demanding, they have the right to excuse your needs and suggest you go elsewhere.

I would not suggest this practice due to EXTREMELY RUDE OFFICE STAFF. TREATED AS THOUGH THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOR AND WAS TOLD IN NOT SO MANY WORDS TO LEAVE IF MEDICATION WAS NOT WORKING FOR ME. NICE DOCTOR TREADING ON EGGSHELLS DUE TO OPIOD CRISIS RULES. SORRY DOCTOR BUT NO ONE TREATS ME THIS WAY.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tim 's for 5 years. I have a complicated medical history and he treats all of my pain concerns. He is a very special doc because he treats me not my ailment. My quality of life is important to him and it has improved drastically with his care. It is a busy office, however I would wait 8 hours to see him. Of all my specialist he is my favorite.

I've been with Dr. Ratino for approximately 4 years now. he has worked patiently with me and my fibromyalgia and chronic pain and always has time to listen and make suggestions. He never talks down to you and explains the different options available for chronic pain. When one thing doesn't work he doesn't hesitate to suggest something else. my mobility has greatly increased since I started using Dr Tim Ratino.
