The staff was excellent. They showed sincere concern about the pain I was In. Asked loads of questions about my pain level and how I coped with It. Made suggestions as to other methods of pain relief. I was very Impressed.

Always seems rushed. Told me certain things could noy be fixed. Did not explain why. These things are very painful. I will be in considerable pain even after surgery. I have been a patient of this provider for many years, and I think he is an excellent doctor. Maybe just to heavily scheduled.

Dr Puckett considered himself a second opinion but I considered him more than that!! I trust ha opinion!!

Dr. Puckett is great. He is always on time if not before. I arrived early and was seen within 5 minutes. He is always friendly.

Provider would receive a higher score than 3 if he was not part of the OU medical network. He's an excellent doctor. This is due to the terrible Covid-19 policies in place during Covid. My family was treated terrible. Not allowed to be in buildings during a surgeryI had in 2021, IN Feb. During one of the coldest winters on record! Then treated almost as a criminal when she tried to enter recovery room building. This WILL NOT be forgotten. SO I can not score recommend more highly not because of him, but because of the system.

Dr Puckett took time to listen and never rushed. He explained my condition well and my options. He performed my long spinal fusion and took great care to keep me safe for a difficult medical condition. I couldn't recommend him more, great Dr!

Dr Puckett had already performed 2 neck surgeries on me with Great success! He had preformed a neck surgery on my husband with Great success! I knew he was a Great surgeon before I had my back surgery.

Dr. Puckett has performed two spine surgeries on me in the last 19 years both with good result. I would not hesitate using him again.

After surgery I was in far more pain than I was told I would be. I had issues with the doctors office getting pain medication from the pharmacy because they did not fill out the prescription properly more than once. Calling for the refills I was met with poor customer service and a lack of concern. The doctors office staff seems unable to comprehend that they are the only way to get the needed pain medication and they are in no way concerned with the issue. My last appointment I waited over 30 minutes after my appointment time and left without being seen. Save yourself pain, stress and frustration and choose another provider.

Dr. Puckett has a great bedside manner but he didn't listen very well. I ended up with complications and he blew them off. I never fully recovered and had to go on disability. I don't blame him for that but when I filed for SSD I found that his medical records about my case were incomplete (they didn't mention blood loss during surgery that required 4 transfusions) and other items were outright lies (Said I refused to go back to work when in actuality I couldn't walk without falling and was in a wheelchair). I'm not sure if that was due to him or his incompetent nurse but either way he was responsible. I'm glad others had positive experiences because in my case he was incompetent.

I had a great experience he doesn't usually take patients in my age group but I am proud to say a year and a half later I am doing great and I owe it all to Him
