I go to Dr. Poulton because of his calm, friendly bedside manner. He seems like a kind, caring person and he seems to have good judgement and knowledge of his area of medicine. He's seen me at MAHEC and now at Mission Plus in Leicester. I'd recommend him to friends/family.

I have been with my mom when she saw him, other than waiting for 2 1/2 hours the first time and 3 hours the second time...he seems like a great doctor...I will not see him for that reason nor will recommend him to others... Waiting that long is unacceptable to me...
