I went to this doctor's office once in 2015 and met with a nurse practitioner. My experience was good, but billing was a nightmare. They put in the wrong billing codes, so when I went to get lab work done, my insurance denied payment. My insurance told me that I just needed the codes to be corrected and they could cover all or part of it. It took 3 weeks to get the codes resubmitted, and now it's 2016 and I just got another bill for the lab because the coding was still denied. Come on, guys.
