Dr Kuo does a great job but his receptionist is aggressive and rude. I did not have a ride to make an appointment and had one hours sleep. Anyone in healthcare knows that is not safe. She became irate with me when I needed to reschedule and did not want to help me. I won’t be going back, I’ve done everything they asked me and she did not apologize for the voicemail she left me.

Qustions
I have met with Doc on one occasion. I had severe earaches in my left ear when I would lie down. Doc came into the room, and after pleasantries, we started talking. I explained what was going on and how starting it was to happen only when I lay down only my left ear, and it lasted 20 minutes. Long story short, through his inquiry, I had told him that I had started riding a bike, how my mouth got dry, and how I started chewing gum for the dry mouth. Ding-Ding a lite goes off, and he says flatly to stop chewing gum. It seems that chewing gum did something medically that caused my symptoms. I stopped chewing gum that day, and I've had no more earaches. So I understand the need to ask questions to help diagnose and build some common ground and put people at ease.

Two of my young children have seen Dr. Kuo on a few appointments. Each time his bed side manor is lacking. Asking prying questions which are personal related and being a snot to innocent children. Sitting in his chair nice and still waiting at age 4 for the doctor to come in with one leg underneath of his bottom -- in comes Dr. Kuo and first thing that flies outta his mouth is for him to put his feet down and not sit that way on his chair. There are other stories but we will be moving on.
