Dr. James is very thorough in explaining everything and answering questions and making sure I understand. Very kind and caring.

I had very little initial knowledge about my health issue and Dr. James put me at ease, explained my condition, history, and the options for procedures and explained next steps for treatment.

These could easily have been 10's. Dr. Timothy James office is exceptional!

Triple by-pass went very well and subsequent recovery just amazingly well too. Very fine Zoom follow ups and very positive advice. Only complication was an irritation of the Vegas nerve causing me a serious post-op issue and another ER visit. Overall, what seems to be a miraculous outcome.

Dr James ability to educate me as a patient was beyond great! Both verbally and illustratively. He pulled up to the patient table and started drawing on the liner!! I asked him for the drawing when we were done. He walked over and gently dissected the 4 ft we had used and handed it to me. Made it very easy to explain to my wife! So impressed with his down to earth demeanor and ability to take anxiety away in a stressful situation.

Although a surgeon, Dr. James would prefer a non-surgical solution. Saved my life.

Dr James and staff are always compassionate and professional in the office, on the phone or in the hospital. They discuss your questions and actually teach you. Quick to respond and very helpful when dealing with other medical offices or pharmacies. Dr James treats your current medical needs and is proactive. His surgical procedures assure that if future issues arise they can be treated in less invasive ways. We trust him completely. He removed our anxiety about needing open heart surgery.

If there is a special place in Heaven for doctor's, Timothy James, M.D. will have golden wings. Eight years ago, after having a heart attack with the "widow maker" being 100% blocked and two other arteries blocked, Dr. James saved my life. Today, he successfully performed a quadruple bypass on my ex brother in law. My ex brother in law is a very important part of my children's lives. When he called me and asked me for a referral, there was NO question who should do his surgery.

Dr. James is hands down the most compassionate, skilled surgeon around. He performed heart surgery in my husband in April. The way he talks to the patient and family is unlike any doctor we’ve ever met. He’s genuinely cares for his patients and it shows through his bedside manner. His team is amazing as well. Myself, my husband and my family can’t say enough about him.

Dr. James has an excellent bedside manor, very empathetic and takes lots of time to explain things to you. I trust Dr. James and his nurse practitioners (Witney). Having a heart condition is terrifying, but knowing you have a medical team that you trust is imperative ??. I am lucky to have found this team to care for me-
