Dr. Timothy Hagino, MD

Had spreading severely itchy rashes all over my body (arms legs butt, waist). Called Straub dermatologist dept. The girl who answered the phone told me I had to wait 2 months for an appointment. Yes 2 months was the earliest. There was no wait-list she says. It was like she was reading a script when I just asked to make an appointment. In frustration and desperation, I called outside Straub (queens, pali momi, etc). Finally a non Straub affiliated Kailua private dermatology was able to see me the next day. Dr Phillip Hellriche. Go check him out. Don't bother with Straub dermatologists. The kicker is that in between appointments with Dr hellriche I kept the 2 month long appointment. When I got to the waiting area the dermatology department didn't even looked busy. I heard staff celebrating someone's birthday. The Dr that I was scheduled to see. He cancel with another dermatologist and saw him leave just 30 minut before my scheduled appointment. Decided to go with Dr hellrich

Dr Hagino was my dermatologist for a few years and he’s the best! Staff is very warm and friendly as well. I was able to schedule same day appointments which was amazing as well!
