He put a hole in my neck accidentally w a needle during surgery. Instead of stitching it up he put a duoderm patch on it and now I have a quarter sized scarHe took fat from my face without my permission. prior to the surgery it was agreed he would not bc that was my non-negotiable. However I guess he forgot because it was the first thing he did in the surgery. All of this is shown in the pre op and surgical notes. Finally one side of my face fell after he plunged a needle in my cheek during a post op office visit. He refused to help me and left me w a sagging cheek for an entire year before he would discuss. He wouldn’t even suggest a specialist or imaging for me to get checked out. Because of the fat removal that for some reason he only perform in the upper cheek, I now have a pear shaped face. On top of that the one side of my face sags from what other specialists assume was caused by poor suturing. I am young and healthy left w a lopsided aged drooping face he is terrible

Worst encounter yet with any Dr, his ego is big does not listen to his patients and got cellulitis never got a call back to busy to see me but your happy to take my money and mess up my face. My nose is awful not myself went to him for my broken nose and don’t even look like me. Bigger nose and nostrils that are uneven

Dr. Greco is exceptional and a true artist. I had reservations about the rhinoplasty and have put off coming in for years. I wish I never would have waited. The staff of nurses and technicians gave a detailed pre operation briefing and answered all questions. I had an issue with anesthesia during a previous surgery. They called the hospital and found the name of the drug. They assured me that their anesthesiologist would not use this. Dr. Greco gave me a visual presentation showing the expected results of the planned surgery which helped with my decision. After surgery, I had a post op office exam and Dr. Greco called me the following days all to make sure there were no problems. He is very caring of his patients. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and would recommend Dr. Greco and his staff to anyone wanting to improve their facial appearance. In addition to his surgical skills, Dr. Greco is a nice person.

Dr. Greco explained everything very clearly in order to make me feel comfortable with my decision to have surgery. After surgery he visited me that night at my hotel room. He called every day to check and give further directions, post-op. Many follow up appointments were scheduled at the office. He is extremely knowledgable in his field. I originally came to Dr. Greco after seeing him on tv. I was definitely nervous about the ideal of someone altering my face, but after a few minutes I realize that he really cares. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable and are happy with your results. Originally, I got an upper eyelid lift it took years off my eyes. After two years of playing with the fat under my chin I knew who I needed to see despite the fact that I live on the West Coast now. I have never had a Dr call me 3 days in a row over a weekend following surgery (chin tuck) just to check in on me. When I didn't answer he even called my daughter to make sure I was okay. He is the best!! Can't say enough about him and his staff. Thanks to Dr. Greco I like looking in the mirror again. He took at least 10 years off my over 50 face!

I had very bad hooding of my left eyelid. Dr. Greco fixed it and I love the results. I look very natural but much brighter. I'm so glad I had it done!
