Dr. Graham is the best!
Dr. Graham is awesome! I used to go to him before he moved to Sandy. I decided I just needed to go back to him, even if the drive was far. Worth it!! He is as thorough just as I remembered! Amazing difference from the people I was seeing for my thyroid nodules vs him. I appreciate his attention to detail and thoughtfulness!

Great Dr. Give him ten stars if I could
I met him at American Fork Hospital, at first he seemed very stuffy, but I soon came to appreciate his knowledge, I challenged his credentials at first until he told me he was a Harvard Grade top of his class. I set aside the assumed stuffy and have found a very qualified and friendly Doctor, has answered all my questions and has given me great hope , I give him ten stars if I could. His office staff have been wonderful, have always responded to my calls or questions. I have never waited more than 15 min in his office NEVER and I find the entire staff there outgoing and friendly.I trust and recommend him and his entire staffThank you Dr. Graham Larry Anderson

He was very courteous and kind a great help to me and my conditions. And even helped me with another condition that I had been dealing with for a year. I totally recommend Dr. Graham to others.

Pathetic office staff
I have no opinion of Dr. Graham, but his office staff are completely incompetent. They cannot call in a prescription correctly, they don't return calls in a timely manner. They are completely inept, and it makes seeing this doctor very unpleasant.

Forget Calling this Office
It's almost impossible to speak to anyone in his office. They always say leave a message and they'll get back to you quickly because they check messages several times a day. Don't believe it. You'll be lucky if they get back to you in a few weeks--and I mean lucky. Glad I didn't need any refills! Their website is far better than their business. Stress is bad for your help and this place will stress you out.

DETS - Dr. Graham
After being diagnosed with LADA by a PCP in late 2016, I started searching for an endocrinologist. I wanted to find a doctor who would do a deep dive into why I had a rapid onset into diabetes. I was healthy, fit in my early 30's and was first in my family to have Type 1, (LADA). After a lot of searching and research, I chose Dr. Graham early 2017, he has been my endocrinologist since. He has always been very proactive in his treatment, monitoring his patients and willing to deep dive into anomalies. Dr.Graham has exceeded all of my expectations, he has went up and above with his care and treatment and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an endocrinologist.

Dr is OK, office is mismanaged
Doctor is knowledgeable but is perpetually late for appointments and condescending, there is no follow up, does not send prescriptions or refill requests on time or prior authorizations for medicines without multiple calls to the office which are never answered. They change appointments at their whim, but are quick to make sure that you pay. They act as if their time and resources are more important than the patients - we work and take time from our day off as well. Please respect me and my time if you want the same respect back. They are routinely 30 minutes behind schedule but will reschedule you if you are 10 minutes late. They do not answer calls or return messages, their website is a joke with no useful information.

Very Disappointed
Dr. Graham is pleasant yet he doesn't seem to be interested in individualized care. His office staff and billing leave much to be desired. His rates are more expensive than any other doctor I have seen. This is not an office that provides good care or service.

Best endocrinologist!
I am so grateful for Dr Graham. He has helped me get on the right medication to help me with the hypothyroidism I deal with. He has also helped me with my diabetes. My A1C has gone from 8.3 to 6.2 under his care. He is so knowledgeable! One of the smartest doctors I’ve ever gone to! He has a pleasant bedside manner and listens carefully during my office visits. He has also helped my son and my daughter with some health problems they have when no other doctor could!

Condescending with dangerous lack of follow up
This man was condescending, dismissive and arrogant. He sounded and acted as if he was doing me a favor by simply seeing me. Dr. Graham sat up on his exam table during the entire visit, which awkwardly put him about 3 feet above me. Meanwhile, I was seated in a regular chair at ground level as I had been instructed to by the medical assistant upon entering the room. During our short visit he insinuated that my PCP was incompetent by asking accusatory questions, but then failed to follow up with me himself when the labs he ordered came back worse than those which brought me in to see him in the first place.I had to call Dr. Graham’s office myself weeks later after hearing nothing.Since then, my condition has worsened and my PCP has had to refer me for a CT scan and to see yet another endocrinologist. I will never spend another dime in Dr. Timothy Graham’s office and recommend you consider his bedside manner and abysmal patient follow up before doing so yourself.

Dr. Graham performed an extensive review of my medical records and answered all of my questions. He is very professional and it was very nice to have the laboratory and ultrasound equipment nearby. The best thing was that he actually listened to me. When I told him that a certain medication made feel terrible, he did not argue or minimize my concerns. He was also very proactive in working with my insurance company to get medications covered that were originally denied.

First appointment was good, but in all subsequent appointments he berated treatments I was receiving from other doctors. At my last appointment, I had driven 50 miles to have an ultrasound, but he was over an hour behind, so he was too busy for it; he only renewed my prescription instead.

Great Endocrinologist. Spent more time with me than was scheduled for our appointment. He delved into my problem carefully. He gave me feedback about my prior work-up from another physician. He came up with a plan that made sense for me. I can't be more pleased with Dr. Graham.

Unfortunately I have to leave at least one star. I went to this practitioner as a last resort for condition/conditions that have been present for over a year. I was seeking a consultation not a belittling dictatorship. It seemed the closer I got to tears the more pleased he became. Sorry, not for me! Definitely NOT recommended!
