Arrogance is Abound. Don't put up with it.
Confidence emerges from a genuine belief in oneself, leading to positive self-assurance, openness to collaboration, and empathy for others. Arrogance, however, stems from insecurity, resulting in an inflated sense of self-importance, dismissive behavior, and a lack of empathy. We didnt feel Dr. Fuller was considerate or respectful for our questions. He presented himself as an omnipotent & arrogant authority, rather than being informative and confident enough to answer. As a parent, its important to be heard, respected and listened by our pediatrician or we don't have confidence and trust. Neither will our kiddo. Glad he's not our regular pediatrician in the practice.

Caring, understanding, intelligent
Dr. Fuller always informed me of my children's health and diagnosis in a way that is indepth and detailed. I like this because he doesn't assume that his patient or patient's family isn't capable of comprehension or learning. He recognizes all potential problems and addresses them accordingly.
