Dr. Timothy Frey, DDS

Saw Dr Frey due to pain, sensitivity after a tooth extraction. He was rude, was rough while he examined my mouth and he had a look of exasperation the entire time. I left the office shocked at his behavior. He was not helpful and not empathetic at all.

Professional yet friendly. Calls to check up on patient after surgery. Explains procedure. Listens to questions and concerns. Would recommend to family and friends

Worst experience ever. My daughter had four wisdom teeth removed and a few days later one location developed a dry socket. We went back in to have it looked at and Dr. Frey performed the procedure. Without anything to numb the pain he went to work. It was so bad my daughter was literally screaming. She was so loud people in the lobby heard her. Dr. Frey was so rough with her mouth that he caused a cut in the corner. He sped through things, never once offering any sympathy or apology. It was like a horror movie. I've never witnessed such a mauling by a doctor or dentist. His callousness and indifference to her pain was shocking.
