Dr Davis should not be practicing medicine. I was 29 when I had the regretful experience of getting Dr Davis as a surgeon. I had a rare carotid body tumor. Dr Davis was full of himself & his ability to remove my tumor. At my pre-op appointment he began doubting himself. He should’ve told me the surgery was beyond his capabilities & referred me to a more capable surgeon. Instead he attempted the surgery. I woke up almost completely blind caused from a massive stroke. Due to him severing my carotid artery in half & tying it off during a biopsy. He said it was too intricate to take out the tumor. I never saw Dr Davis again after my surgery. He sent other doctors in to check on me. I was in the hospital for 5 days & deathly ill. He doctored my surgery report stating he severed my carotid artery & tied it off but the last line states the surgery went without complication. My 2 young children almost lost their mother. 25 years later I am still partially blind & have memory issues. Do not us

Terrible Experience
Dr Davis did a stapled hemmorhoidodopexy on me 3 months ago and I have been in excruciating pain ever since. I am writing a review because I don’t want anyone else to suffer the way I have or to be treated the way he treated me after the procedure. The colorectal Specialist I am seeing now informed me that the procedure Dr Davis preformed is out of date and not being used anymore due to complications. Please if you need a procedure, see someone else. Not only did Dr Davis leave me in excruciating pain and had a negative effect on my quality of life and mental health but he also had a terrible bedside manner and was rude and made me feel crazy when I followed up with him in so much pain. He had no real answers and excused me with no help. When I reached out to inform him of the knowledge I was by the specialist, he was again rude and defensive and never apologized in any way.

Dr Davis went on and on about his qualifications. He talked about his family, his vacation, his former college roommate. He also said I had anxiety before I even spoke 50 words. Finally, he talked about my thyroid that was riddled with nodules. He operated on me and sent me home the same day, even though the nurses in the hospital were concerned with all the swelling. Within 15 minutes of being home, I called 911 because the hematoma in my neck was choking me and I couldn’t breathe. He did that he was shocked the surgery went wrong and that he’s had very few mishaps over the years. He butchered my neck and I stayed in the hospital for 3 days afterward. His aftercare was atrocious. He spoke about his former professors, how school is not the same as it used to be, with online learning. And the last 2 minutes, he told my that my dad anthology report showed cancer and I should talk to my endocrinologist about treatment. Terrible experience!!!

In hospital from having back surgery developed a painful stomach issue. Dr. Davis correctly diagnosed my problem via a C.T. scan and helped me on my way. Stopped by to check in on me both Sat and Sun. I like his straight forward approach.

He gets straight to the point, and no matter how busy he is, he takes time to answer all my questions. Helped me through my ruptured appendix treatment.
