Dr. Timothy Bailey, MD

Office does not answer phone, no answering machine. Complex multi-step and multi-day internet registration processes rejected my phone#. Went to another practice instead.

'Doctor' Timothy Bailey is a total A-hole. Waited 3.5 months for an appointment to have labs drawn, and he wouldn't order a single one. He said insurance isn't going to cover any of them, so he refused to order them. Some of the labs I requested, that WERE previously approved by my insurance, which were abnormal last time I had them drawn at my primary care, he refused to even have those labs drawn. He also said in response to what my primary care doctor told me, was, and I quote, Bullshlt. I asked if he could at least TRY to request the labs, and he just said no and walked out. Also tried having my referral faxed over 3 times over the course of a month, and they always said they never got it, and to just wait another week or two. I ended up having to pick up my referral from my primary care office and hand deliver it. BTW, they rarely ever pick up the phone, and if you leave messages, they won't call you back. They also have a $75 appointment cancellation fee. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Seen for 2 years about fatigue from cancer treatment. Hasn't improved my condition. Told me " better tired than dead" ? Not acceptable.

Dr. Bailey is okay, and the other staff are nice, but I've had terrible experiences on the whole. They put in the wrong dosage of my medication, and when I let them know about it when I returned for bloodwork results two weeks later, they said they'd fix it. Long story short, they never fixed it. Months later, and I still can't get through to anyone on the phone--you can ONLY leave a message, but no one ever calls back.

They call last minute constantly to fix scheduling and move appointments. They were 45min late to my telehealth appointment... BUT called 30min ahead of being late to get my money.... They would not give me my biopsy results unless I paid another copay $70 and then were late to the appointment. Kid of holding my medical records radsome for a copay..... It took 5 calls to get that done. Shop around these guys are jokers

Well my story is different. Their scheduling people are all over the place. Called on a Tuesday and left a voicemail. The phone message stated someone would call me back shortly.
