After doing research and finding the clinic I wanted to do my surgery, I am so very disappointed. Not necessarily with the surgery itself, but with the customer service. I was contacted several times as I was scheduling the surgery and making my payments, but it seems that as soon as I had paid my balance in full and was waiting to have my surgery all communication stopped. I called 2 days before my surgery since I hadn’t heard from them. Checking to see if they had all the paperwork and test they needed. It was that day that I was told I need a chest X-ray and was sent the script to get it at the end of that day. I expressed my frustrations about being told at the last minute and was told “they are only one person doing 8 jobs, and that I would have to get the x-ray if I wanted to have the surgery, and that’s all there is to it. Said she has hundreds of customers to contact, so that’s why she hadn’t called me.” I asked if I could speak with someone else regarding my frustrations and w

Doctor Alexander is a wonderful surgeon! I had an excellent experience with him and the entire staff. You can't go wrong with Dr. Alexander and the South Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery

Dr. Alexander did my surgery 18 years ago and on Dec 30, 2020 he suppose to do me another tummy tuck and lipo being that's he's 75 years of age I kind of skeptical but I look at some of his patients that came in while I was at the office to do blood work and I must say that they looked amazing

My visit was wonderful, the doctor did his wonderful work and the nurse after my surgery was so nice to me, am now 1 month post surgery but am loving the results though I still have some small pains which am sure will go with exercising.

Dr. Alexander is a wonderful Doctor. His reviews may not be the best. I'm happy I didn't go by the negativity. Dr. Alexander was the perfect doctor for me. His bed side manors are good. He performed a tummy tuck and muscle repair with lipo. I'm pleased and I will be back for more work

Breast lift & aug. - Initial cons. lasted less than 3 min w/no discussion. Consecutive post op visits lasted less than 1 min (we timed them). I developed a serious hematoma on R. breast which he didn't want to drain. He said body would absorb naturally. After arguing, he angrily agreed to drain after almost a month, poorly, using lipo cannula. He was so angry, the nurse had to calm him down. L. breast doesnt look right, R. breast dev. capsular contracture. Don't trust discounted surgeons.

Timothy Alexander does not even deserve the right to have Dr. in front of his name, he is the most rudest physician I have ever encountered and has the worst results and expectations, Timothy Alexander spends 3secs in the room w/patients then when your results are horrible he informs you "you are fat & need to work out" it there could be a rate of negative billion Timothy Alexander deserves it stay far away pics are not his work

FTM- I had top surgery (periareolar) with Dr. Alexander in January 2016. My results are very good, I have minor complaints about some divots and contour isn't as smooth as I would like, but overall I have a very natural looking chest, natural is minorly imperfect.
*** While my results are good, I will warn that he is not at the
top of his game anymore and does not do very quality work now. His pricing is tempting, but there are better quality options (Sassani)

If I said Dr Alexander was an amazing doctor that would be an understatement. I am so happy!!!!!!. If you want a tummy tuck, this is definitely the man to do, I love my results and I'm just day 2 po. All of the staff there are so nice. Although I had to deal with some medical issues on my end, Dena and Jackie went the extra mile to make sure my surgery went well. I will be getting Dr. Alexander to do another procedure. Thank again!!!!!

I had a breast augmentation with Dr Alexander this past february. Asked for a cup size C and end up smaller that I can still use my old bras! Very very very unhappy!!!
