Excellent Care
Dr. Banerjee, Explained my injury to me, took time to listen to my concerns, and questions. For that I was very appreciative. Being able to walk away with clear instructions and ease my mind. That was important. Everyone was from the front desk, to all of the medical assistants were so kind and helpful. I appreciate them all! I would recommend this office to anyone needing care! Thank you !

Unprofessional and Dismissive Care from Dr. Timir Banerjee I am very disappointed with Dr. Timir Banerjee’s care after my wife’s car accident. Despite her attempts to explain her symptoms and highlight specific areas on her CT scan, Dr. Banerjee constantly interrupted and dismissed her concerns. The resident doctor had noted a back injury, but Dr. Banerjee made an inappropriate comment, suggesting that as a realtor, it didn’t matter if she missed work. This was both disrespectful and unprofessional. Dr. Banerjee finally agreed to order an MRI after much insistence, but this came over a month after the accident on May 1, 2024, with our first appointment on June 7, 2024. The ER discharge report had advised seeing a neurologist within two days. Now, we have to wait until July 5, 2024, for the MRI, causing unnecessary delays and distress. The lack of empathy and timely care from Dr. Banerjee has been extremely frustrating. We expected a higher standard of care and hope this feedback leads to improvements in patient care practices.

Agree with other reviewer. Will never let him see my child again. Very rude, abrasive and argumentative with myself and 12 year old daughter. She was there for muscle spasm from gymnastics practice. He lectured her to quit gymnastics and that we should only let her play golf as gymnastics wasn't safe. No good history or physical exam done. Asked me what to do for her, what to prescribe and if her neck was broken! Suggested giving her valium, icing and avoiding physical therapy! No help.

I'll never let him see my children again at any immediate care. He cracked the door 'Who is really sick has prescriptions being filled & well hmmmm who's not sick get better' & walked into another room. He also put on my paper from myself being seen that if I want my kids to be well I must stop smoking. When we smoke outside, not around them. He's not a people person :/
